About us

Global Empowerment and Employment Development (GEED) Foundation gGmbH is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in Nuremberg, Germany, in 2020 to empower individuals to have a better life. We are focused on developing initiatives, developing personal & professional skills, and enhancing the quality of people’s lives. From our perspective, all GEED audiences, regardless of race, nationality, gender, and age, are human beings entitled to have a better life, welfare, and happiness.

What we do:

GEED implements projects in Career Empowerment and Hard/Soft-Skills Development in Less-Developed or Developing Countries.
We help professionals in developing countries achieve qualifications that make them eligible to be hired by companies in their home country or abroad, especially in Germany.
GEED collaborates with crowed funding projects and rural entrepreneurship initiatives to empower rural people, especially rural women.
We will help people in developing countries access to medicine, medical equipment, and healthcare services by collaborating with international organizations and networking with other NGOs and local partners in destination countries.
