Skills for the Better Life

GEED gGmbH is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in Nuremberg, Germany, to empower individuals to have a better life. We are focused on developing initiatives, developing personal & professional skills, and enhancing the quality of people’s lives. From our perspective, all GEED audiences, regardless of race, nationality, gender, and age, are human beings entitled to have a better life, welfare, and happiness.

We Believe in Training and Empowerment

Soft-Skills Training

We strongly believe that in the 21st-century, people need to acquire soft skills more than technical and academic skills to make better, more constructive, and more ethical decisions. Accordingly, GEED has developed special courses offered online or on-site, to enhance people’s soft skills.

Career Empowerment

One of the primary services delivered by GEED is empowering educated people and skilled workers in developing countries to acquire employability skills and competencies by which they gain eligibilities needed for hiring by local or international companies. Moreover, we help them transfer their knowledge and skills to other individuals in their home country or other less-developed countries by making professional or social networks.

A World with More Peace and Happiness!

Studies by various institutions (such as the Stanford Research Institute and the Carnegie-Mellon Foundation) have shown that about 75% of long-term success in jobs is through soft skills, and hard skills achieve only 25% of success. People who have developed soft skills are better at introducing themselves, understand the roles, and make better and faster decisions.

We have developed training packages, and courses on Soft-Skills development including:

  • Teamwork
  • Self-Management
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Creative Thinking
  • Problem-Solving
  • Legal Pleading
  • Planning & Organisation
  • Critical/Analytical Thinking
  • Language and Communication Skills
